‘Optimize AND vitalize the health of people and organizations’, it’s that simple.
People and organizations are closely interlinked. Without people no organizations. Organizations need vitality to be successful, with people that use vitality as their personal drive. A drive that brings more productivity, more creativity, more innovation. Essential elements for both personal and organizational success.
Successful organizations and people have one thing in common: they want to be ahead of problems before they occur. Prevention as key business element.
That is why we developed the Vitality4Business model, that is used as a quick scan for the vitality level of an organization. Aimed at the ability of an organization to foresee threats and cope with weaknesses in the organization process.
The result is discussed with you and together we design a custom made program to be able to tackle the given challenges.
Typical for our approach is the integration of the many aspects that make the success of an organization.
We gladly offer you our knowledge and experience on vitality. With a Vitality4Business session, a workshop, training, coaching or advice for a better ability to innovate or introduce a level of intrapreneurship.

Everybody agrees: vitality is key to your life. We all want to get old and at the same time stay healthy and happy. Old enough to enjoy the reward for a life with hard work. Old, but healthy enough to do what we want to do.
The good news is: you can, everybody in principal can enjoy a life with vitality as key.
You do not need to run the New York Marathon or be an Atkins addict to enjoy a life full of vitality.
Even better, a good walk and normal food will do most of the time. But you already knew that.

The environment of an organization forces an organization to (constantly) change. There is no choice, it’s either do or die. You MUST follow. MUST follow? Isn’t there another choice? 6. WHO ARE WE?
The initiators of Vitality Matters! have been working with Health Promotion in organizations since 1987. In that year High Five Health Promotion (in company fitness and health promotion) was founded. That grew into a very successful organization that was sold in 2000. With well known customers like Unilever, Shell, ABNAMRO, ING and Gasunie.
The personal experience of the founders of Vitality Matters! with the management of large organizations gives an excellent mix to be able to coach organizations to reach the highest level of Business Vitality.
Gerard van Vliet has a profound experience in (international) business management in several branches. He holds degrees in HRM, Organizational sciences, Communications and an MBA at Nyenrode/Kellogg School of Management. He is an excellent presenter and wrote books on several subjects, like Direct Marketing, E-commerce, Internet, CRM and Entrepreneurship.
Maria Menger has her degree in Psychology, next to an extensive experience as manager, coach and trainer. Her ability to get people and organizations to long lasting results makes her a unique business partner in every way.
More than 20 experienced Vitality Coaches and trainers, together with three private Vitality Clinics, take care of the personal as well as business vitality of our customers.
Next to that we have an extensive network of business partners, that all contribute to the success of our customers.
